Recently I indulged in Hena’s cuisine; an amazing culinary experience. The menu was very festive with 3 savory meals (Chicken-Fondue, Quinoa Mango Salad, Chickpea Hearts Salad) and 2 desserts (Carrot Cake, chocolate truffles) My two favorite were the Chicken Fondue and Carrot Cake. The chicken fondue was very tasty and every bite was a cheesy, gooey indulgence. Carrot cake is one of my all-time favs desserts, but this homemade cake was extremely moist and flavorful with a frosting that was not overly sweet.
I met Hena recently and got surprised at how good she cooks being such a young girl! I´ve got delighted with the quinoa, the chicken and an exquisite salad that she made for us and I would love to know more about her Cooking secrets.
I think Hena has a tremendous potential with the kitchen and I would love her to teach my friends and I to cook one of her tasty recipes!
