Green Smoothie

Go healthy! Go green! Healthy drink for your daily breakfast that will leave you breathless.

  • Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup milk

2 cups pineapple chunks

1 cup green grapes

1 green apple, cut into chunks

1 green pair, cut into chunks

1 banana, peeled

1/2 bunch of kale

ice

Directions

1Add the yogurt, milk, pineapple, grapes, apple, pear, and banana to the blender.

2Top with ice and blend until it is all combined.

3Add the Kale and continue to blend until fully mixed and it obtains a green color.

4Serve in cups, jars or glass. Enjoy & don't forget to share your experience + pictures using #cookingwithHena.

  • for a sweeter taste, add 1/4 cup of honey
